Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with the platform, including messaging and API use.

Last updated 10 August 2026

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the platform to create, store, publish or distribute:

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading material, including impersonation of a person or brand you do not represent.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or links intended to compromise recipients.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or content that exploits or endangers minors.

2. Email and messaging

Marketing email must go only to recipients who gave you a lawful basis to contact them. Every marketing send must identify the sender, include a working unsubscribe mechanism, and honour unsubscribes and suppression lists. Purchased, scraped or rented lists are not permitted, and repeated high bounce or complaint rates will cause sending to be restricted.

3. Social publishing and integrations

You must hold the rights to publish to every connected account and must comply with each provider's platform policies and rate limits. Do not use the platform to circumvent a provider's restrictions or to automate engagement in ways a provider prohibits.

4. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, probe or bypass authentication, authorisation or rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, run load or penetration tests without written permission, or share API keys outside your organisation. Report suspected vulnerabilities to us rather than exploiting them.

5. Fair use of API and AI

API requests, AI generations, email sends and storage are metered per plan and enforced server-side. Systematic attempts to exceed limits, including by creating multiple accounts, are a breach of this policy.

6. Enforcement

We investigate reports and may warn, throttle, suspend publishing or sending, or terminate accounts for breaches, with immediate action where there is risk of harm or legal exposure. Report abuse to support@digimarketingos.com.
